Technical Lead (JavaScript / Python)

We’re seeking a Technical Lead to guide our development team in building scalable, secure, and high-quality applications for international clients. You’ll take charge of architecture, technical decision-making, and project delivery, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Engineering Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure REST and gRPC APIs.
• Implement cloud-native solutions with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OIDC, Auth0, Keycloak, AWS Cognito).
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to other technologies or languages (e.g., .NET, Go) based on project or system requirements.

2. Leadership & Team Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, helping them grow and succeed.
• Set standards and promote best practices across projects.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Support and drive adoption of software engineering best practices.

3. Project & Client Responsibilities

• Work closely with international clients to understand requirements, define scope, and provide technical solutions.
• Translate client requirements into technical designs and documentation.
• Coordinate with PMs, QCs, DevOps, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Provide technical input for proposals and pre-sales activities.
• Assess project risks and recommend solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• 5+ years in software development with strong backend (Node.js; Python) and frontend (React, Angular, etc.) skills.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in guiding engineers and managing project delivery.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and microservices.
• Experience integrating APIs, version control (Git), and distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proven leadership and project coordination experience.

Nice-to-Have

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK).
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Secure coding and API security knowledge.
• Experience with GenAI (OpenAI, Gemini, LlamaIndex, etc.) and AI-powered development tools.
