Tech Lead – System Automation (PowerShell)

• Analyze existing system technical requirements and documentation.
• Participate in the development, modification, and maintenance of programs/scripts for system operation.
• Build, optimize, and maintain scripts using PowerShell.
• Handle batch processing flows, automated jobs, scheduled tasks, and recurring processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve errors related to batch jobs, system jobs, or production incidents. Work with databases such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent database management systems.
• Review technical design, source code/scripts, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Assign tasks, provide technical support, and review team members' output.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, clients, or offshore/onshore teams to clarify requirements, update progress, and resolve issues.
• Participate in system enhancement, migration, modernization, or system reform projects if applicable.

Requirements

• Experienced in a Technical Leader/Senior Developer role managing a team of 3-4 members.
• Strong in PowerShell scripting.
• Experienced with batch processing, job scheduling, scheduled tasks, and automation scripting.
• Ability to analyze systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems independently.
• Experienced in working with databases and SQL.
• Ability to lead a team, conduct technical reviews, and manage tasks.
• Understanding of the SDLC software development process.
• Can communicate in English at work
