Mô tả công việc

  • Consulting customers on sex education products
  • Listening to customers about their concerns regarding their children, conversing with parents, and helping them find solutions to their children's issues.
  • Planning business growth strategies and driving sales on a quarterly and monthly basis, based on real needs and specific campaigns.
  • Managing and supervising the operations of a sales team consisting of 5-10 people. Being responsible for the team's performance.
  • Handling customer data transferred from the Marketing department, quickly responding to and communicating with customers.
  • Reporting metrics and job performance as required, including monthly and quarterly work plans, projects, and campaigns.


  • At least 01 year of experience in Sales (Sales, Services, Business). Preference is given to candidates with experience in the Education sector.
  • Ability to build relationships and connect with potential customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to achieve targets.
  • Team and personnel management skills.
  • A passion for communication, conversation, and providing value to parents and children, rather than just focusing on sales numbers.
  • A desire to market educational products that are valuable and ethical, impacting thousands of parents and children nationwide.
  • Intelligent, hardworking, and kind.

  • Competitive Income with Unlimited Growth Potential: Fixed salary of 9,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND/month + commission bonus + performance bonus + hot bonus (if applicable) + allowances (phone allowance). Total income can be up to 30,000,000 - 50,000,000 VND/month.
