Directly reporting to HR Director, you will be dedicated to the search for our future talents and the animation of our employer branding. You will also participate in HR & Admin tasks and projects of the Company from time to time.
- Facilitate recruitment from defining skill needs to building the talent pool and hiring
- Document interactions, outreach, and screening results as well as staffing metrics
- Evaluate and screen potential hires, and assist them through the interview and hiring process
- Develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities to identify applicants and secure referrals.
- Partner with recruiting leaders and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Identifying what about the company makes it attractive to candidates and highlighting key differentiation that set the company apart from competitors
- Building, promoting, and protecting company employee brand as an employer of choice to potential candidates
- Leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
- Developing and projecting the employee value proposition.
- Other HR, Admin tasks and ad-hoc support if necessary
- Part of the project team from time to time.
