We are looking for highly skilled Senior PHP Symfony Developers to join our team and work directly with an EU client on a long-term project. This role focuses on backend development, core product customization, and building a Marketplace Generator platform.

You will collaborate closely with international team members, participate in daily meetings with the client, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain backend features using Symfony (v7+).
• Collaborate with the client and internal team to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and reviews.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide clear progress updates.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the project team.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in Symfony Framework (v7+) and PHP.
• Solid understanding of database design and optimization (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and security best practices.
• Good knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
• Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Ability to work in Vietnam timezone and attend mandatory daily meetings at the client’s chosen time.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Marketplace platforms or e-commerce systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, Vue.js, React, or similar) for integration purposes.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Working Conditions

• Working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Vietnam timezone).
• Daily meeting: Mandatory attendance at client’s scheduled time.
• Environment: International team, direct communication with EU client.
• Type: Full-time, remote.
