Supply Chain Manager

Objectives of this Role

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams 
• Determine key supply chain KPIs
• Suggest solutions for process improvements
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
• Work on demand forecast on monthly basic basing on data analysis (historical sales, marketing activations..)
• Work on New Product Accessment (NPA), including checking product costings, applicable margins.. - Prepare replenishment plan basing on validated forecast and propose to BOD for approval
• Carry out good purchase with foreign suppliers following approved Rep Plan
• Closely follow up shipping schedule to ensure supply plans are dully executed
• Inventory management :

 + Check stock aging and give alert to Sales team/ BOD, propose promotion discount based on COGS and stock policy to fast deplete short-shelf life stock

 + Check stock days/ stock ration and give alert for Out Of Stock risks

 + Check stock movements following forecast

• Check and validate "stock write-off"
• Check payments requests for foreign supplier
• Check custom documents.
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for 3 years
• College graduate or higher, priority import and export specialization
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethics
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Good communication in Vietnamese and English
