WHAT YOU WILL DO ?

You will work with the senior leadership in the company to achieve our strategic goals. Not only as a project manager but as a systems thinker to connect all of the major projects together to align with our 2030 vision of becoming “the most inspiring global F&B brand because of the happiness we spread from people to the world.” 

This position reports directly to the Deputy CEO but works with all teams to develop and execute the plans that guide our future growth and operational excellence.

HOW YOU WILL DO ?

• Assess existing business strategies, identify internal and external impact factors and perform analysis
• Evaluate the business impact and effort of new and existing projects and strategies and prioritize
• Manage resources effectively to keep projects on track and goals being accomplished
• Spot risks from external factors
• Review and develop company strategic plans for the organization’s growth, including long term objectives, short term goals, and specific tactics for reaching those goals
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth in new markets or new ways of doing business
• Conduct research to identify industry trends that may affect the organization’s long term viability
• Work closely with the Operation Director to propose and implement new projects or initiatives to increase operational efficiency and performance.
• Own the overall completion of key strategic projects: following up on the project timeline and have kaizen plan to ensure its successful
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure that projects are completed within specified time frames and within allocated resources

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic planning
• Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Outstanding research and analytical abilities
• Project management skills
• Fluent in English
