1. Market & Research:

- F/U market trend(Feed/Livestock) and competitors movement

- F/U macro economy in Vietnam

2. Competitors Analysis:

- Competitors Analysis

- Analyze competitors performance and benchmark

3. Associate company:

- Manage and analysis data of associate company.

4. M&A and Business Cooperation:

- Conduct M&A

- Consider new business

- Business alliance

5. Management planning and internal audit:

- Manage internal audit (checking process)

- Setting and coordinate each BU for next year plan and long term plan (combine and correct)

- Analyze strategies of our business in each BU

6. Develop business tech:

- Apply new digital technology to our business

- Consider what kind of new technology can be useful for our company (w/ each BU).

- University (preferred to have MBA)

- At least 3 years experience related above jobs.

- Preferred to have work experience in Counsulting firm, Accounting firm M&A/ Research department, Research firm, IB in stock (security) firm or strategic planning team in big firm.

- Good at English.

- Good at analysis skill

- Have relationship with related agency

- Good at communicate skill

- Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year
