Site Manager (Only for Japanese candidates)

• Meeting with customer
• Site project manager -level work at overseas construction sites
• Process control, drawing control, budget control
• Current quality and safety management work
• Work Location: Mainly in HCM. Company can request him to work in other places such as: DN/HN depending on working conditions
• Working hours: 8:00-17:00 Holidays (Sundays, half-days on Saturdays) Subject to change depending on site conditions

Requirement:

• Bachelor: Professional degree must match with job requirement. (Bachelor of Engineering)
• Certificate of experience:

- Must have at least 3 year experiences. 

- If expat work abroad: Letter of experience must be consularised abroad.

- If expat work in VN: must submit Work Permit (notarised) 

• Non-criminal record:

- If expat live abroad: It is issued by the authorized body of the country where the foreigner resided before coming to Vietnam. Expired: 6 months from issued date

- If expat live in VN: apply in VN

• Application Requirements:

- Qualified for first-class plumbing work

- Or someone with similar knowledge

- Those who have experience as a site manager, or those who have experience as a manager of a construction site overseas regardless of gender

- English conversation level

- 35 < Age < 50 years old

• Knowledge require:

- HVAC

- Plumbing and Fire-fighting

- Process Utility

- Electrical, Automatic control & BMS 

- Water and Waste water Treatment

- Clean room & Interior finishing 

• 5000～6000USD/month
• Salary includes dormitory fee
• Salary includes overtime
• Salary includes BONUS
• Expenses for returning to Japan will be borne by expat
• Salary does not include insurance costs
• Commuting to work sites by company-provided vehicle
