1. Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process and make sure it aligns with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement on key hiring KPI and Candidate Experience Strive to meet expected service levels and business performance goals.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers in order to build TA function credibility.
• Build an understanding of talent landscape and develop candidate networks with the aim to fulfil business talent needs and act as an advisor to the business on hiring strategy and external talent drivers.
• Supervise the hiring process and internal systems to make sure information correct and update on time.
• Initiate & play a key role in Employer branding/ Employer engagement to enhance internal and external activities.
• Support & work with other teams/vendors… to ensure all activities and initiatives relating to employee branding and employee engagement are initiated and completed on time.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
• A minimum of 4 years of working at the same role in global IT company
• 4 years + hiring working experience both Technical and Non-Technical field with good track records
• Ability to manage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• High sense of services, responsibility, focusing on solutions and results.
• Have a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese
