Product Owner

• Participate in business meetings with stakeholders (led by the Product lead) to brainstorm and align on product processes.
• Research, Identify, evaluate, and alignment of specifications for new features, as well as enhancement of existing ones.
• Conceptual design, research, and specification of entirely new features and functions
• Ability to interact effectively with different stakeholder groups.
• Take full responsibility for specific releases of the products and services, ensure that they fulfill stakeholders & customers’ needs and are delivered successfully in a timely manner.
• Work with BA to ensure PRD documents transfer into tasks, estimated, and planned for releases.
• Build and standardize system management processes and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Communication & negotiation skills.
• Organizational & analytical skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Data-driven focus.
• Be a savvy application user or have experience in website design.
