• Review business requirements and technical design documents; provide feedback to ensure testability and align with quality standards.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test suites, test cases, and test scripts covering unit, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing phases.
• Track, report, and follow up on defects; verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved.
• Partner with developers, analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to help drive timely, high-quality delivery.
• Guide and support other QC team members in workload estimation and test effort allocation.
• Recommend testing tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and overall quality continuously.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant technical field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual).
• Fluent in English
• Solid experience testing web and mobile applications (Android / iOS).
• Proficient in testing APIs / web services.
• Competence in writing and executing SQL queries; validating data in relational databases.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter) or relevant experience is a plus.
