Senior IT Comtor/BrSE (Japanese N1)

• Play a key role in translation activities and work directly with the Japanese side for requesting a receipt, clarifying, and managing the tasks with close collaboration among the team members.
• Manage alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs utilizing appropriate verification techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure the successful achievement of both short- and long-term objectives.
• Translate technical documents and other materials (e.g., emails, specifications, meeting minutes) from Japanese to English or Vietnamese.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track and manage progress.
• Prepare reports as requested by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology of University of Natural Science, University of Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience working as IT Comtor or Bridge Software Engineer.
• Hold N1 JLPT Certificate or equivalent Japanese communication (minimum N2)
• Good understanding of the software development process with hands-on experience in programming skill
• Experienced in analysis requirement, basic design, and detail design writing
• Detail-oriented management skills, self-disciplined, good critical thinking, and excellent at problem-solving.
• Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Have experience in software development with one of the following languages: Python, Java, PHP, Ruby,.NET, etc.
• The candidate can be considered for Project Leader role if the candidate has an N1 JLPT certificate or equivalent communication.
