1. Ensuring Game Project Quality:

• Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for building gameplay and feature systems according to the project timeline.
• Progress Assessment: Estimate ETAs accurately and assess the progress of work.
• UI Implementation: Expertly implement UI designs based on mock-ups.
• Task Delegation: Delegate tasks to junior developers and provide supervision to ensure efficient project progress.
• Effective Communication:
• Work closely with Game Designers to provide necessary tools for balancing game parameters.
• Maintain good communication with Artists to ensure timely receipt of all assets and adherence to optimization rules.
• Game Experience Optimization: Perceive and polish the game experience, optimizing performance across various devices.
• Creative Input: Brainstorm and provide insights to enhance the gaming experience.

2. Training and Supporting New Team Members:

• Direct Training: Provide direct training to junior developers to equip them with the necessary skills for handling more challenging tasks efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements:

1. Knowledge:

• Design Patterns and SOLID Principles: Proficient in these areas.
• Unity (C#): Strong proficiency.
• Optimization: Knowledgeable in optimizing FPS and memory for Unity.
• Shaders: Knowledge of Shader programming is a plus.
• Additional Programming Languages: Familiarity with node.js, Python, Nim is a plus.

2. Skills:

• Communication: Strong communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to new knowledge.

• Management: Capable of managing and assigning tasks to junior developers.
