About the position:

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented senior e-commerce operation expert to join our growing team! You will be responsible for the operation of the entire TikTok business, from event planning, influencer cooperation, advertising marketing, platform cooperation, to finally achieve excellent results. This is a key leadership role, and you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, optimizing efficiency, and driving profitable growth.

1.    Job Responsibilities

-      Responsible for the operation of TikTok's e-commerce business, including operation of TikTok’s shop and corporate with KOLs;

-      Assist in team management and drive the team to complete tasks and achieve goals.

2.    Requirements

-      3+ years of experience in paid advertising or integrated digital marketing or e-commerce business operations, or TikTok operations, with outstanding experience and results in business operations;

-      Analytical and creative, metric-oriented, but able to come up with creative problem solutions, and not afraid to try new ideas;

-      Excellent learning ability, able to quickly acquire knowledge and skills in new areas;

-      Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and PowerPoint;

-      Team player: A collaborative personality with the ability to thrive in a highly cross;

-      Good stress tolerance and unafraid of challenges;

-      Strong goal orientation and responsible for results;

-      Excellent in English (4 skills).

Salary: 1,800 USD (NET)
