Mô tả công việc

  • Identify, develop, and win new enterprise business opportunities
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, account development, and qualified inbound opportunities.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements by understanding customers' business objectives and translating technical requirements into commercial solutions.
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from opportunity qualification and solution positioning to proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers across enterprise organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions, Product, Customer Success, Delivery, and Legal teams to develop competitive commercial proposals and ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, executive briefings, conferences, and customer workshops across the region.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales or Business Development experience, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
  • Proven success selling complex technology services or enterprise solutions to large organizations.
  • Experience managing long, consultative enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and strategic decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new client relationships and consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Experience closing large enterprise deals and developing long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Strong business network within your local market or across the region.
  • Excellent business English, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
