Senior Business Analyst (Real Estate/ Automotive)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analysts with a strong background in either the real estate or automotive classifieds domain to join our remote team. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between product vision and technical execution, working closely with our internal Product Owners to translate their ideas and product pipelines into clear, actionable requirements for our development teams.

We are looking for candidates who have lived, studied, or worked in Europe and possess a native-level command of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted sparring partner for our internal Product Owners, challenging ideas and contributing to the product strategy based on your deep industry knowledge.
• Translate high-level product ideas, user stories, and features into detailed functional requirements, user cases, and clear specifications for our development team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement within the classifieds portal platforms.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including developers, QA engineers, and business users, to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Native-level proficiency in English, with a background of living, studying, or working in Europe.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (3+ years), specifically on large-scale real estate classifieds or automotive portal projects.
• Deep understanding of the domain, bringing valuable insights and knowledge from previous global projects.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.

Work Arrangement

• Working Hours: You will need to align with the European time zone (approximately afternoon to evening in Vietnam).
• Location: 100% remote from Vietnam.
• Flexibility: Must be able to manage your time effectively to work a full 8-hour day and be available for client meetings as needed.
• Contract: 6-month initial contract with a high likelihood of a 12-month extension based on performance.
