Senior BrSE (Non-Tech)

This is a non-technical BrSE position. Rather than hands-on coding, you'll focus on requirement analysis, client communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main communication bridge between Japanese clients and the Vietnam delivery team.
• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements with clients, translating them into clear specifications for the development team.
• Lead requirement discussions, ask the right questions, and ensure all business needs are well understood.
• Coordinate project progress, monitor timelines, and proactively manage project risks and issues.
• Work closely with Japanese Project Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular project updates, consultation, and recommendations to clients throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to process improvement.
• Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and team development when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a BrSE, Business Analyst, or in a similar client-facing role within the software industry.
• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above with excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong communication is a must).
• Strong experience in Business Analysis, including requirement gathering, requirement documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and system/business requirement analysis.
• Experience coordinating software projects and managing project schedules.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
• Previous experience leading large-scale projects or mentoring team members is an advantage.
