Senior Backend Engineer (Golang)

• Design and develop high-performance backend services for multiplayer games.
• Implement game logic, matchmaking systems, room management, jackpot modules, and APIs.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and effective monitoring in production environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on containerization and deployment processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development with Golang, with strong expertise in microservice architecture.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, and MySQL.
• Proven experience in building high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Strong interest in backend architecture and a passion for mentoring team members.
• Fluent in using English communication

• Stable and transparent income: Clear salary & bonus structure, including performance-based bonuses twice a year (average 1–2 months’ salary).
• Daily allowance: 80,000 VND/day for meals and commuting, applied to both probationary and official employees.
• Contract & insurance: One-year contract with a 2-month probation at full salary; social insurance contributions.
• Paid leave: 12 annual leave days; any unused days can be converted to cash.
• Work environment: Central office in District 1, fully equipped with equipment; friendly, open, and supportive company culture.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (90-minute lunch break), Monday to Friday. Flexibility to compensate hours if urgent bug fixes are required after hours.
