Senior Backend Developer (Golang)

• Develop and maintain backend services using Go (and optionally Rust) for data ingestion, processing, and delivery.
• Design and implement REST / gRPC APIs and WebSocket endpoints to serve internal and external systems.
• Integrate and manage databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) for both structured and in-memory data storage.
• Optimize data retrieval, caching, and performance for improved response times and scalability.
• Build and maintain distributed systems supporting real-time market data and trading workloads.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-based services using AWS and Docker.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, trading, infrastructure) to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
• Follow engineering best practices in Git Flow, CI/CD, and code review.

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Rust.
• Strong understanding of API design (REST, gRPC), concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis for data management and caching.
• Familiarity with Docker and AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Git Flow and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience optimizing system performance or handling data-intensive / low-latency workloads.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical discussions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with real-time streaming or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Exposure to WebSocket-based data systems or market data feeds.
• Familiarity with financial / trading data or high-frequency trading (HFT) environments.
• Hands-on experience with Rust for performance-critical modules.
• Understanding of financial markets and data-driven trading systems.
