Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems that power our products.
• Work with cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Stay up to date with the latest backend technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go, Rust, etc.).
• Strong understanding of backend development, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills (Japanese is a plus but not required).
• Passion for learning and problem-solving in a flexible, people-centric company.
