Lead a group of call center agents focused on compliance with KPI.
Organization of onboarding of new agents
Formation of the schedule for the agent
Organization and coaching agents
Development of agents and preparation of development plans
Preparation of reports
At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in call center
English (B1+ ) and German (B2+ )
Good communication, organization, dealing with pressure, resilience.
