Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and expand international market business to achieve sales targets.
  2. Manage the onboarding process for new customers and foster relationships with key accounts.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze competing products, industry trends, regulations, and policies.
  4. Gather market intelligence to inform product development and market strategy.
  5. Organize and participate in exhibitions and other business development activities.
  6. Research certification requirements in different countries and collaborate on product registration and sales certification.
  7. Provide sales and after-sales training, support sales team in customer maintenance.

Note: In addition to the main responsibilities, employees are expected to fulfill duties outlined in the company's quality system and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; prior work experience in a similar role is preferred.
  2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with a sharp market analysis and insight abilities.
  3. Demonstrated experience in independently developing and managing national agents.
  4. Ability to thrive under pressure, exceptional problem-solving and logical thinking skills, and a patient and meticulous approach.
