Mô tả công việc

  • Manage and operate the overall activities of the entire Center system.
  • Develop and implement business plans targeting Telco partners in subscriber acquisition and telecom service packages.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Evaluate and analyze the market, customer behavior, and business performance to propose suitable development directions and plans.
  • Build organizational structure, regulations, and policies for the Sales Department, and take responsibility for assigned targets and performance.
  • Lead and guide subordinates in planning programs, achieving business targets, and executing business strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure the efficiency of the business operations.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports as required by the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Commerce.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the telecommunications, software, payment, or e-commerce industries, including at least 2 years in a similar position.
  • Preferred candidates have experience with telecom services and strong networks with major Telco providers.
  • Experience in Value-Added Services (VAS) and subscriber acquisition for telecom services is a plus.
  • Strong management and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership, motivational, and organizational management skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
