Mô tả công việc

1. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and connect with potential clients seeking software development, digital transformation, or IT consulting services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, focusing on enterprise and mid-sized companies.
  • Represent the company at tech events and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
  • Position the company as a reliable offshore/hybrid tech partner for the Korean market.

2. Sales Cycle & Client Relationship Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore technical teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Strategic Involvement

  • Work closely with the Country Director to shape market entry strategies, service portfolios, pricing approaches, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor actions to refine sales strategies.
  • Help build a high-performing, client-focused sales culture in the Korean office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT outsourcing, software sales, or technology consulting, with 2+ years targeting the Korean market.
  • Strong understanding of offshore or hybrid delivery models (Vietnam–Korea experience is a plus).
  • Existing connections in Korea’s enterprise sector are a major asset.
  • Fluent in Korean (TOPIK level 6) and proficient in English.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
