Mô tả công việc

  • Identifying and reaching out to new customers in Data Annotation & RPA and creating sales opportunities
  • Providing suitable solutions and service proposals based on customer needs
  • Managing the sales process, from finding customers to contract negotiation and service delivery
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring the quality of services provided
  • Monitoring and reporting sales results, and proposing solutions to increase sales revenue and improve service quality
  • Support the development team to communicate with the client if necessary.
  • Involve in the welcome process when a client visits.
  • Sales experience in the technology industry, especially in Data Annotation & RPA, is an advantage
  • Fluent English skills and ability to communicate effectively with international customers
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers
  • Microsoft Office (word, excel) and Google Suite office skills
  • Presentation skills
  • English (IELTS 7.0 up), native speaking is additional
