Mô tả công việc

  • Lead sales partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Support, guide and motivate growing leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly network reports.
  • Communicate and support partners in incentive programs.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Ops & Compliance team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches.
  • Conduct events and trainings - Identify needs of distributors on a regular basis and develop training required for them.
  • Analyze metrics in all areas of sales, distributor performance, organizational performance for reporting to higher management and for decision making.
  • Build and maintain Distributor Relationships as well as identify and groom potential and upcoming distributors.
  • Support Distributor activities and provide advice.
  • Constantly speak and motivate Distributors daily.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

  • Proven work experience as a Sales & Key Account manager with MLM background (at least 2 years).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and networking abilities.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
  • Results-driven individual.
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service.
  • Advanced English, Vietnamese native.
  • Russian is a big advantage.
