• Sales/Marketing Responsibilities
– Expand client base and achieve sales targets.
– Generate leads and inquiries to drive business growth.
– Conduct sales visits, marketing calls, and presentations to promote products or services.
– Cultivate relationships with consultants, as well as investment and planning departments in various territories.
– Foster the development of builders and distributors within existing territories.
• Pre-Sales Follow-Up
– Respond to sales inquiries by preparing estimates, quotations, proposals, and relevant information for bidding purposes.
– Engage in contract negotiations, covering pricing and terms.
– Collaborate with Project Engineers to plan and forecast project schedules.
– Package subcontracted works when necessary.
• Post-Sales Follow-Up
– Monitor master schedules and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment of client expectations.
– Organize and coordinate customer visits to enhance client relationships.
– Track change orders and variations, making necessary contract addendums and price adjustments accordingly.
Job requirements:
– University graduation in the field of Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
– At least 2 years of experience in Sales of Construction or equivalent
– Proficient in MS Office, Auto Cad and computer skills
– Good English communication
