Assistant position of a Planning Team; Support such as taking care of;

• Paper Works (Arrange documents by collaborating with other department – Legal, Finance….etc.)
• Influencer Booking & Arrangement
• Report Making (For clients)
• Prepare and Follow-up execution with Internal Team
• Prepare and Follow-up execution with suppliers (3^rd parties)
• Search, prepare data, supporting images...for the team as required.
• Working Process Optimization

Any other assignments from senior and manager

Clients are vary (Entertainment Clients – Formal Clients, Domestic – International clients)

• Good English Speaking
• Experienced in the jobs related to the job description
• Have strong will (mind) to solve issues internally and externally
• Multitask
• Happy to work for any kinds of tasks closely with Manager
• Humble and Polite, but quite aggressive / Active for working
• Independent mind-set
• 22-25 years old or around
