Mô tả công việc
- Managing recruitment team.
- Supervising employees throughout the recruitment process, receiving job requests from the departments, applying for positions and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Researching and proposing suitable and effective recruitment options.
- Evaluating employees performance.
- Making sure to meet your team's talent acquisition.
- Leading recruitment team to create a positive environment and develop business culture.
- Drafting internal recruitment notices and postings on recruitment channels, conducting job postings.
- Analyzing resumes and selecting candidate list after interview.
- Taking responsibility for recruitment results, summarizing interview results, submiting successful applications and announcing interview results.
- Other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Qualification: Graduated from College.
- Major: Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
- Experience: At least 1 year experience in recruitment field. Knowledge of Labor Law is an advantage..
- Language: Able to communicate in English is an advantage.
- Having good communication skills, understanding candidate psychology.
- Presentation and team work skills.
- Proficient in MS Office to support recruitment.
- Ability to analyze and accurately assess the quality of human resources.
