Reports To: Lead Scout

The Role:

Be the eyes and ears of our agency. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, spends time on social media, and has an eye for what—and who—looks interesting. Help us find the next wave of models and content creators.

What You'll Do:

• Browse Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to spot potential talent.
• Help organize and manage our digital talent database.
• Assist with research on trends and new social media personalities.
• Support the team with scouting events and day-to-day tasks.

• Are currently a student or recent graduate.
• Love social media and have a good sense of style.
• Are organized and detail-oriented.
• Want real experience in the talent and influencer industry.
