- Checking the quantity, nitrate, Managing and updating cost database
- Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawing & specification
- Preparing project schedules, tender schedule
- Setting up cost, budget, and scope of work for the project
- Preparing tender document of consultant package, contractor package
- Preparing tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract
- Be responsible for contract administration, managing claims & certification, and monitoring payment of contractor
- Male from 26 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher majoring in Civil engineering (or QS engineering)
- QS in residential projects
- Worked at least 2 years at the latest company
- 3 years or more in QS Position
- English: Construction major (good communication)
