Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Product Testing and Validation:
• Design and execute testing protocols for products to validate their performance and reliability.
• Analyze test results and work with design and production teams to address any identified issues.

Root Cause Analysis:

• Investigate and analyze quality issues, defects, and non-conformities to determine root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Supplier Quality Management:

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
• Conduct supplier audits and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to management.

Continuous Improvement:

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement best practices.

Training and Education:

• Provide training to production and quality control teams on quality standards and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into the quality management system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in conducting comprehensive unit testing, including the ability to independently develop testing plans and assess testing risks.
• Proficient in identifying potential risks and implementing effective testing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze test results accurately.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and methodologies.
