Quality Control Staff (Japanese)

• Review quality requirements during the product development stage, identify potential issues, and propose effective improvements 
• Evaluate new materials and new production methods, and assess their suitability for mass production 
• Conduct verification and testing during the prototyping phase before mass production launch 
• Perform quality checks and provide improvement guidance across manufacturing processes (materials, cutting, stitching, molding, finishing) 
• Investigate the root causes of defects and develop and implement measures to prevent recurrence 
• Lead quality improvement and process optimization activities at production sites 
• Prepare and update quality standards, inspection guidelines, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and related documentation 
• Communicate with overseas manufacturing partners (China, Indonesia, India, Brazil, etc.) regarding quality matters 
• Collaborate closely with Company-related departments, headquarters, and overseas sales offices to share quality issues and develop solutions 

Job Requirements 

• Business-level Japanese proficiency required (JLPT N2 or equivalent). Additional language skills, such as English, is a plus 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) 
• Working experience at a Japanese company, with involvement in production-floor improvement activities and process standardization. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively engage in communication with overseas partners 
• Flexible mindset that values others’ opinions and can derive optimal solutions through dialogue 
• A hands-on approach, with the ability to calmly analyze issues based on manufacturing processes and material characteristics 
• Strong attention to detail and the capability to carry out continuous improvement activities to ensure stable product quality 

Job Description:　

• 製品開発段階における品質要件の確認、課題抽出、改善提案 
• 新素材・新工法の評価および量産適性の確認 
• 量産移行前の試作段階での検証 
• 製造現場（材料・裁断・縫製・成型・仕上げ）の品質チェックおよび改善指導 
• 不良発生時の原因究明、再発防止策の立案・実行 
• 生産現場における品質改善や工程改善活動の推進 
• 品質基準書、検査基準、SOP等の作成・改訂 
• 海外生産工場（中国・インドネシア・インド・ブラジル等）との品質面でのコミュニケーション 関連部署並びに本社や海外販社との連携、品質課題の共有・対策 

Job Requirements:

• ビジネスレベルの日本語必須。JLPT2級以上または左記資格相当。その他の言語スキル（英語）はプラス。 
• Microsoft Excel、Outlook、Word、PowerPointの基本的操作スキルを有する。 
• Microsoft Power Platform（Power Apps、Power Automate、Power BI）の操作スキルを有する。 
• 日系企業に勤め、生産現場の改善活動や仕組み化の経験がある。 
• 高いコミュニケーション能力と対人スキルがあり、海外とのやり取りにも抵抗がなく率先して実施できる。 
• 相手の意見も聞き入れる柔軟な姿勢をもち、相手との対話から最適解を導き出せる。 
• 現場主義のもと、製造工程や素材特性などの情報から、冷静に課題を考察できる。 
• 品質を安定させるために、細部への気づきと継続した改善活動を実施できる。 

• During the trial period (60 days): 85% of basic salary
• Language allowance, transportation allowance, position allowance
• Commuting/parking expenses, business trip expenses are paid separately.
• Salary raise once a year (April) based on the company’s wage table and performance evaluation.
