• Monitor call recordings and provide real-time agent consultations with consumers.
• Evaluate agent calls for quality scoring.
• Identify and document instances of non-compliance.
• Develop reports and training plans for agents.
• Collaborate with Trainers and Team Leads to coach and train agents.
• Recommend strategies to enhance call quality and boost sales performance.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager (OM).

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a QA/QC position.
• Familiarity with and experience in telesales.
• Strong ability to identify and recognize non-compliance behaviors.
• Experience in training and coaching is an advantage.
• Proficient in analyzing records to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
