QA Staff (Tiếng Nhật N3, N2)

Job description:

• Support daily inspection activities and support senior engineers in implementing plans.
• Ensure 5S in the area in charge.
• Plan to ensure product quality in the area in charge.
• Compile periodic quality reports and quality issue response reports.
• Operate measuring equipment to check product quality.
• Manage drawings, create and manage inspection sheets based on drawing dimensions.
• Cooperate with Production Department, propose countermeasures in case of problems and handle defective products/complaints.
• Create inspection instructions and instructions for using measuring equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in daily tasks.
• Learn how to maintain equipment in processing, assembly and other operating floors. Instruct staff on equipment use and perform daily inspections.
• Plan and implement rationalization/improvement/ KAIZEN plans.
• Follow operating instructions, and regulations in ensuring product quality.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Quality or related major.
• Non-experienced will be trained
• Good command in Japanese, prefer know more about English.
• Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.
• Good at the office computer.
• Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
• Candidates residing in Dong Nai and surrounding areas.

• Working at Long Duc Industrial zone (Shuttle bus: From Hang Xanh/Thu Duc/Ba Ria and Bien Hoa)
• Working days: Monday-Friday (7:45am-4:30 pm, 45' lunch break)
• The 13th months of salary
• 2 times bonus/year.
