Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with the QC team
• Foster effective coordination and communication between the QA and QC teams.
• Work together to develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor and supervise quality inspections at various stages of label manufacturing
• Ensure that inspections are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and customer requirements:
• Ensure that the company's quality systems and processes align with these requirements.
• Develop and maintain the quality of management system.
• Implement measures to enhance overall quality and efficiency in label manufacturing processes.
• Lead and mentor the QA team
• Train and develop employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. 
• At least 3 years of experience as a QA Manager role
• Strong Knowledge of Label Manufacturing is a big plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and quality objectives are met.
• Proficient in using quality control software, Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
