Key Responsibilities:
1. General Affairs: manage approval documents, handle purchase orders and payments, asset and inventory management; support store lease and purchase agreements; arrange equipment maintenance; assist in drafting related contracts; process social security and welfare procedures; etc.
2. Human Resources: support recruitment and shift scheduling; draft related employment contracts; etc.
3.Accounting Support: process payroll; handle expense reimbursements; arrange business travel; etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative and general affairs experience.
- Business-level English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google services.
Location & Benefits:
