Job Description

+ Coordinate with relevant parties (Japan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia...) to identify the specification and requirement to build up the sourcing strategy for components of Konica Minolta products.

+ Manage the entire project from sourcing, drawing, cost negotiation, contract, assembly line, production, equipment, Capacity, FA samples, delivery...

+ Cost optimization with the analysis, negotiation to ensure the best price with standard quality and timeline.

+ Capture price trends, monitor and update in time

+ Follow up fluctuation of raw material (Up/down/trend/shortage...) to take timely action for procurement activities.

+ Maintain and grow up potential suppliers with Konica Minolta requirement and find new suppliers to increase localization rate in Asean.

+ Discuss, negotiate business terms with new suppliers (contract, payment, order, forecast, delivery...).

+ Other task related to report about your suppliers status.

Job requirement:

+ University graduated, prefer on Technical.

+ Good skills at Excel, words, email…

+ No experience is possible

+ Japanese: N3, English: TOEIC 600

+ Ready to go overseas for Business trip.

+ Have 14 days annual leave/ year ( can keep 6 days and move next year), if working time over each of 3 years the annual leave will be added one day.
