PROJECT MANAGER (VN)

• Type: Fulltime, 100% at the office
• Salary: Max 40M gross
• English: B2
• Location: Son Tra, Da Nang
• YoE: 5+

Requirement

Experience: 5+ years in project management for software development projects

Hard Skills:

• Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
• Strong Business Analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder analysis
• Product Owner experience: backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria
• Team leadership and people management experience (5+ team members)
• Budget management and resource allocation
• Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Soft Skills:

• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship building
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Negotiation and conflict resolution

Language:

• Vietnamese: Native level (essential for local team management)
• English: Fluent speaking and writing (for international clients/partners)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

• Lead and deliver multiple software projects simultaneously
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Coordinate between development teams, clients, and stakeholders

Business Analysis:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions

Product Owner:

• Manage product backlog and prioritize features
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with UX/UI and development teams

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor project team members
• Conduct performance reviews and team development
• Foster collaborative and productive team environment

INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2 rounds

WORKING TIME: 09:00-12:30 & 13:30-18:00 from Monday to Friday
