• Plan for medium projects (~10 members, less than 6 months).
• Managing the work of about 10 people.
• Support Manager in reporting project status.
• Understand, analyze and update information related to the project (for example: project start-up, project implementation and completion, or when requirements/issues that need to be resolved arise).
• Understand the work situation and manage the team's work progress.

Requirements

• Graduated from College or University majoring in Information Technology.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in managing 5 to 10 employees.
• Can use one of the following languages ​​(PHP, Java, Javascript, .Net, Angular, React…).
• Japanese N3 or higher, good communication.
• Have experience in coding and reviewing test results.
• Effectively apply technical skills and methods and foreign language ability to assigned work and teamwork.
• Good time management, communication and problem-solving skills, likes to face new challenges
