• Participate in planning and coordinating the execution of medium-sized projects (approximately 5 team members).
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Manager, including task status, resource allocation, risks, and issue tracking.
• Communicate directly with Japanese clients regarding requirements, technical specifications, and workflows.
• Gather, analyze, and maintain project-related information throughout all phases, including initiation, execution, and closure, as well as handling change requests.
• Manage team performance in terms of timeline and quality, assign tasks effectively, and support team members to ensure project delivery aligns with the plan.
• Evaluate and improve collaboration processes among stakeholders (internal teams, developers, and partners) to optimize overall project efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in software development or project coordination.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as PHP, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Angular, etc.
• Japanese proficiency at the JLPT N2 level or above, with good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of cloud services and operations.
• Ability to effectively apply technical knowledge and language skills in both individual and team tasks.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude toward challenges.
