• Architect and build a high-performance SaaS B2B application.
• Ensure the product meets high reliability, availability, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
• Collaborate with the product owner, designer, and backend engineers to develop key product features.
• Convert UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Drive adherence to technical best practices and industry standards.
• Identify and address technical challenges, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary and providing effective solutions.
• Continuously enhance product quality and performance.
• Lead and manage a development team of 7+ members using Agile/Scrum methodologies and workflows.

Job Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in web development.
• 5+ years of frontend development experience using React and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 7+ engineers, successfully delivering and operating projects while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Strong experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Experience in designing, building, and utilizing GraphQL Web Service APIs.
• Expertise in system architecture design.
• Experience in designing and maintaining UI components using tools like Storybook and Visual Regression Testing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years of backend development experience with Golang, Java, NodeJS, or other technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Workflow, CircleCI) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Heroku).
• Familiarity with container-based development using Docker, Docker Compose, or Kubernetes.
• Experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Knowledge of design systems and best practices.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
• Understanding of microfrontend architecture.
