• Oversee the creation of essential early-stage marketing assets, such as concept papers, light papers, white papers, and pitch decks.
• Strategize and execute long-term marketing initiatives.
• Lead product deployment efforts and cultivate strategic relationships with Layer 1/2 networks.
• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research on industry leaders and competitors to inform Kamui's strategy and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Drive media and content marketing initiatives to establish a brand that merges RWA's traditional credibility with the dynamism of the crypto sector.
• Design and implement high-impact campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business development, product, customer success, marketing, compliance, legal, and operations to lead a holistic growth strategy for the product and ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of senior marketing experience.
• Min of 2 years of experience in marketing crypto financial products.
• Min of 2 years of experience in token marketing.
• Proven track record of driving significant growth in crypto products (e.g., trading volume, TVL).
• Experience in forging strategic partnerships with senior crypto stakeholders and contributing to monetization efforts.
• Strong expertise in DeFi.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in marketing for AUM growth at traditional financial institutions is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in driving substantial token growth (e.g., market cap).
