• Collaborating with clients and partners during project implementation;
• Developing implementation plans and methods to ensure projects are completed on schedule;
• Managing, tracking, and monitoring progress and quality to ensure project delivery aligns with the scope and contract requirements;
• Managing potential project risks and taking timely corrective actions;
• Receiving client requirements and proposing appropriate solutions;
• Reporting and updating the project status and progress to the Department Head and Clients;
• Managing project documentation and records;
• Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in Electronics & Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Basic knowledge of IT, cloud platform services, DevSecOps implementation, or software development.
• Strong planning, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Capable of managing tasks, working in teams, and working independently.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, etc..
• Project management certifications are a plus.
• English proficiency: Basic communication, able to read technical documents, write reports and emails in English.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday. Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as per regulations.
