We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Tester to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through meticulous testing and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Elicit and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and assess potential solutions.
• Testing Strategy: Define testing objectives, success criteria, and oversee testing processes for software products.
• Test Plan Development: Determine requirements and create detailed test plans, designs, and cases based on system specifications.
• Automation: Develop automation test scripts using available frameworks.
• Test Execution: Perform various tests, including manual UI, API, mobile/web, and performance testing.
• Bug Management: Log bugs, evaluate severity, and track bug statuses using tools like JIRA.
• Collaboration: Assist team members and work closely with IT and Business teams to resolve issues.
• Methodology Compliance: Ensure adherence to Agile software development methodologies.
• Failure Analysis: Review failure analysis results and implement corrective actions to mitigate future failures.
• Progress Reporting: Self-manage tasks and report progress to the team and leadership.

Job Requirements:

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing (required).
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining test artifacts such as test plans, cases, scenarios, and reports.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to execute complex queries.
• Understanding of various test phases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and automation testing.
• Familiarity with software product development processes.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and solve problems efficiently.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Domain Expertise:

• Degree in IT or a related field (required).
• Knowledge of programming languages for automation testing (advantageous).
• Experience with automation test frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Experience in financial services projects is an advantage.
