Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to define and manage requirements
• Prepare and manage requirement documents in Japanese or English
• Lead communication between clients and the development team to ensure clear understanding
• Provide proposals to align product outcomes with client expectations
• Manage relationships and act as the main representative for clients

Requirements

• Vietnamese (native) and Japanese N2 or higher
• English is a plus
• At least 3+ years of experience as BA or PM in software development
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously

Preferred & Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with both clients and development teams
• Strong problem-solving and proposal skills
• Experience as PM or Engineer is a plus
• Experience with Japanese clients and Agile development
