• Manage day-to-day financial operations: record transactions, prepare journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany balances; monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting; support tax and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, respond to finance-related inquiries, support audits, and help improve accounting processes and controls.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Prior experience in trading, financial services, or a similar industry is beneficial but not required.
• Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
• Proficient with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, Excel); comfortable working with large data sets.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements; audit support experience is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• High ethical standards in handling financial information.
