Product Manager

Job overview and responsibility

• Work closely with the Regional Product Manager to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Liaise with Regional Technical Team to ensure deliverables are delivered on time and budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Deliver Product Requirements Document (PRD)s with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
• Work with internal parties and external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Run daily SCRUMs, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives with the respective assigned development team.
• Coordinate and run UAT Testing throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate go-live pre-requisites and be responsible for the launch and support of the product.

Required skills and experiences

• Minimum of 3-years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Manager or Project Management roles.
• Proficient in English
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
• Analytical mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to details.

Preferred skills and experiences

• Experience in Draw.io or Microsoft Visio.
• SCRUM Master/Product Owner Certifications
