• Take responsibility for developing outsourced projects for the Japanese market, participating across the full project lifecycle from consulting and system design to operation, and joining projects in the role of a Project Manager.
• Lead the development of internal company projects, including eventos, Appvisor, Liveアンケート, and other new services.
• Manage and lead the development team in Vietnam as a team leader.

Requirements

1. Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BrSE.
• Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher.
• Experience working directly with Japanese clients in project environments.
• Experience in basic and detailed design, including screen design, APIs, and database design.
• Experience managing a development team of at least 5 members.

2. Technical Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with solid understanding of fundamental concepts such as OOP, Networking, and Data Structures.
• Practical experience with PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of databases, including database design and optimization.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure architecture.

3. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project estimation and preparation of proposals is an advantage.
• Experience in code review, test case review, release, delivery, and maintenance processes.
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in building infrastructure is a plus.
